Christopher & Banks is hiring a Sr. Graphic Designer for our Corporate office located in Plymouth, MN!

The Sr. Graphic Designer works closely with the Creative Manager to develop brand standards, seasonal concepts and execute design within print, UX and digital collateral in support of the integrated marketing communication efforts.

How you will spend your time...

  • Design concepts for print, digital and store collateral that meet the Company's strategic needs while maintaining consistent design, brand, and voice across digital platforms.

  • Design end-to-end, from sketches to wireframes, mocks and specs. Partner with developers and Ecommerce business team to implement customer facing experiences.

  • Manage project list to ensure deadlines are being met and present assets to leadership for feedback and approval.

  • Collaborate with working team to solicit feedback and evolve concepts to ensure the deliverable meets the project requirements and brand standards.

  • Art direct photo shoots primarily still life and video.

  • Proof and test collateral for functionality as needed.

  • Follow up with project requestor on missing information.

  • Assist other designers on projects that are behind schedule.

  • Take the lead when laying out concepts for brand and seasonal campaigns.

What you will need to be successful....


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field equivalent experience


  • Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience

  • Experience with concepting and desiging print and digital collateral

  • Photo art direction experience preferred


  • Strong technical aptitude in the Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

  • Versed in Sketch, WordPress and ADX

  • Ability to prioritize in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly

  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

  • Build and maintain strong cross functional partnerships
