OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:

Our 10 week-long internship program is designed to provide real-world experience that is directly related to your career goals and field of study to help you gain a better understanding of career options for your degree. Below are a few highlights of our program:

OUR INTERNS RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple Software applications of varying size

  • Test and detect defects in potential new features or upgrades to various Software and reporting systems

  • Document detailed and concise bugs into defect tracking system

  • Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process

  • Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION:

  • Junior or Senior working toward a 4-year degree in Computer Science or a similar area of study

EXPERIENCE:

  • Quality Assurance experience with testing tools or testing methodologies preferred

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures and problem solving

  • Ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions

  • Capable of handling unclear or undefined challenges through critical thinking

  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

  • Ability to work in our Plymouth, MN Corporate Office during core business hours Monday - Friday

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Able to work up to 40 hours a week
