Christopher & Banks Logistics Coordinator in Plymouth, Minnesota


Christopher & Banks is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for our Corporate office located in Plymouth, MN!

The Logistics Technician is responsible for the weekly processing and auditing of our FedEx business, overseeing and communicating the chargeback process, and conducting regular audits to support the accuracy of products coming in and leaving the DC. The Technician will perform various administrative functions that support the Logistics/DC facets of the business.

How you will spend your time...

  • Process the weekly FedEx invoices, data entry, and generate reports to communicate to internal stakeholders. Conduct detailed review of weekly invoices including error identification and credit requests back to provider.

  • Organize and save all DC chargeback photos. Split summarized chargebacks into vendor-specific reporting and communicates information to vendors. Responsible for managing the generic chargeback email box.

  • While working in the distribution center, conduct regular audits including inbound merchandise and outbound packing to ensure quantity, sizing and other specified criteria.

  • While working in the distribution center, perform various administrative functions which include preparing and receiving paperwork, splitting allocation labels, shipping documents entering vendor chargeback information, entering receipts into database, filing completed receipts, and assisting with daily mailroom outbound processing.

  • Act as a backup for processing international and domestic bookings within our 3rd party Transportation Management System.

  • Adhere to Company policies, procedures and Core Values.

  • Validate chargeback information for accuracy.

  • Perform mailroom functions to ensure all packages are prepared for pick up.

  • Perform the job duties of the DC Technician when needed.

  • Meet or exceed all department expectations for safety, quality, and productivity.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will need to be successful....

Education: High School Diploma or GED


  • Minimum 2 years working in an office environment

  • Minimum 2 years working with Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Knowledge/Skills/ Certifications/Other

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other Associates, Team Leads and management.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
