Christopher & Banks Digital Media Manager in Plymouth, Minnesota

Overview

Christopher & Banks is looking for a Digital Media Manager for our Corporate Office in Plymouth, MN.

The Digital Media Manager is responsible for managing and executing digital media campaigns spanning paid search, social, digital video display, affiliate marketing, and SEO/local SEO programs in collaboration with relevant agencies and partners.

How you will spend your time...

  • Manage and execute paid media plans across search, social, digital video display, affiliates, and SEO/local SEO, working closely with relevant agency/media partners.

  • Own internal reporting and performance and budget tracking: measure media spend and campaign effectiveness against financial and/or customer goals, monitor trends for anomalies, and communicate results, budget optimization and A/B testing opportunities to key stakeholders in regular business review meetings and ad hoc as needed.

  • Manage creative and promotional planning files and trackers to ensure media alignment with enterprise marketing and promotional strategies and accurate promotional messaging/ad copy, start/end dates and landing pages.

  • Collaborate with Creative team to ensure promotional and evergreen advertising assets (e.g. quantity, formats, ad types, and copy) are aligned with creative best practices.

What you will need to be successful....

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital paid media (retail industry preferred)

  • Experience with multiple areas of digital media including paid search, social, display, digital videos and affiliate marketing

  • Advanced Excel experience

  • Experience working at or with a digital marketing agency is a plus

  • Adobe experience preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Certifications

  • Demonstrated ability as a team player working across various cross-functional teams

  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through and a sense of urgency

  • Proven ability to work independently with excellent project management skills while balancing multiple projects

  • Understanding of customer segmentation capabilities and media campaign development targeting specific retention, reactivation and acquisition objectives

  • Strong analytical, communication (written and verbal), and problem-solving skills
